Beijing Police College is a university in Beijing, China.

The BPC is a consolidated police training center, and the campus of the Capital Police for the greater Beijing area. The current location became a campus in September 2003. It is located in the Changping District of northwest Beijing, close to the Ming Tombs and the Badaling Great Wall.

The campus, covering an approximately two kilometer area, has a "large crime scene simulation area, including simulated residential neighborhoods, stores, and banks". Additionally, the campus has DNA laboratories and state-of-the-art lecture and training facilities. It is the largest police college and training center in Asia.

To join the BPPC, recruits have to pass the national college entrance examination and pass the physical check and fitness test. The recruits need to be Beijing residents. Every year among thousands of the applicants, only around 600 are recruited. Male appliacants are favored. For instance, a class of 40 students has only 6 women.

It's also the BPSB's training center. So it provides some short courses for special training

Located in Haidian District, with the picturesque Zizhu Park （Purple Bamboo Park） just across the street, Beijing Dance Academy is the top institution of higher dance education in China. Established as Beijing Dance School in 1954, it was developed into Beijing Dance Academy with the approval of the Ministry of Culture in 1978. Presently, BDA is the only dance institution of higher education in China. It is also one of the largest dance schools in the world noted for its complete specialty establishment. The faculties and performing companies of BDA include the Department of Chinese Classical Dance, the Department of Chinese Ethnic and Folk Dance, the Ballet Department, the Department of Choreography, the Education and Research Center for Modern Dance, the Department of Dance Studies, the Department of Social Dance, the Department of Musical theatre, the Department of Art Communication, the Department of Art Design, etc.. Together they cover five majors and 18 academic areas including dance performance, choreography, dance history and theory, art design for drama, film and TV and public administration. The Academy has 559 full-time teaching staff working with 1,273 full-time college students, 1,267 students from the affiliated secondary school and more than 600 adult students from School of Continuing Education.

BFA(Beijing Film Academy) is the only film academy in China and the largest film academy in Asia with 263 faculty members and 2364 students, including 48 PhD students, 422 graduates, 1894 undergraduates and 84 overseas students.

Founded in 1950, the National Academy of Chinese Theatre Arts (NACTA) is the only institute of its kind in China that offers both B.A. and M.A. degrees. The students are educated by highly experienced faculty members. Additionally, a number of internationally recognized scholars, experts and artists are engaged in the teaching activities. Since the 1950s, past graduates are actively engaged in Chinese dramatic troupes, media arts, and filmmaking as well as theatrical education and criticism.

  The China Conservatory is an institution that synthesizes the study and research of Chinese traditional music, focusing on performance, composition, theory, and music technology.The Conservatory also offers training in other fields of music as well as music education.

             The China Conservatory was founded on September 21, 1964.It combined the resources of the Central Conservatory Chinese Music Department, the Beijing Arts Academy Music Department, and the China Music Research Institute, as well as bringing together renowned musicians and scholars in the field from across the country.Presently, the China Conservatory offers the following eight fields of study: Musicology, Composition, Chinese Instruments, Vocal and Opera, Piano, Music Education, Conducting, and Arts Administration.In addition, there are departments of Music Research, Extra-musical Studies, Adult Education, International Exchange, as well as an affiliated Secondary School.The Conservatory therefore offers study programs for secondary school students, undergraduates, research graduates, adults, as well as foreign students.

Beijing International Studies University (BISU) was founded in 1964 at the suggestion of China’s late premier Zhou Enlai. BISU boasts a wide range of disciplines such as Literature, Economics, Management and Law, and serves as an important base for training professionals with international horizon and hands-on skills and experiences in foreign affairs, tourism and business for the capital city of Beijing and the nation at large. The late premier Zhou Enlai and the late Vice Premier Chen Yi visited BISU several times and the former President Jiang Zemin wrote an inscription during his visit to BISU. In fact, BISU has been blessed with the support from China’s state leader since its founding.

Beijing University of Agriculture is the exclusive ordinary institution of higher education in the city of Beijing which specializes in granting bachelors’ degrees in different branches of learning in the realms of farming and forestry studies. Its history is traced back to 1956, when its predecessor, entitled Hebei Tongzhou Agricultural School, was renamed as Beijing Agricultural School later in 1958. In 1961, the school moved to its current premises. In 1965, it was renamed as Beijing University of Agricultural Labor. During the tragic "cultural evolution” period, its operations were suspended. In 1978, its reconstruction work was launched and completed in its current premises; the name "Beijing University of Agriculture” was resumed, too. In 1998, the university qualified itself in the examination by the State Ministry of Education and was thus allowed to offer bachelor’s degrees.
