No. 4Middle school was founded in December 1938in Qingshui County,Gansu province China.It was first named as State-run Second Middle School of Gansu province.Then in 1946 it was moved to Henan province and was named Zhengzhou No.Two Middle School .and in 1958 it was named Zhengzhou No4.Middle School ,which is used until now .To everyone’s great honor,in 2005,our school became one of the first model schools in Henan province,and since then our school has seen great achievements. Now it has two independent campuses, covering an area of 130 Chinese mu, with over 300 staff members and 4000 students. At the same time ,our school enjoys world fame ,which attracts foreign friends from more than 30 countries such as the United States, Canada, Japan, Denmark, Australia, Korea, Singapore and other countries and regions to visit the school. During the last 73 years, our school has tremendously transformed. Our excellent academic achievements and bright school graduates have enhanced our good reputation.. We have maintained one of the highest percentage of the junior middle school graduates accepted by the senior high schools in Zhengzhou in the last 10 consecutive years. More than 90% of our senior high school students are admitted to colleges and universities across the country.
