1. Notarization in Bangladesh Foreign Ministry
2. Application to the BMDC for taking part in BMDC License Exam    (fill the BMDC application form)
3. Biodata
4. Visa Document (Full Visa statement, All Departure Time, All     Arrival Time)
5. Submit Attested
    SSC Certificate & Marksheet,
    HSC Certificate & Marksheet,
    MBBS English Certificate & Marksheet Photocopy ( Notarized        by Bangladesh Foreign Ministry) also  Original Copy (original will be returned back).
6. Passport Size Photo 6 copy (Attested).
