Beijing Police College is a university in Beijing, China.
The BPC is a consolidated police training center, and the campus of the Capital Police for the greater Beijing area. The current location became a campus in September 2003. It is located in the Changping District of northwest Beijing, close to the Ming Tombs and the Badaling Great Wall.
The campus, covering an approximately two kilometer area, has a "large crime scene simulation area, including simulated residential neighborhoods, stores, and banks". Additionally, the campus has DNA laboratories and state-of-the-art lecture and training facilities. It is the largest police college and training center in Asia.
To join the BPPC, recruits have to pass the national college entrance examination and pass the physical check and fitness test. The recruits need to be Beijing residents. Every year among thousands of the applicants, only around 600 are recruited. Male appliacants are favored. For instance, a class of 40 students has only 6 women.
It's also the BPSB's training center. So it provides some short courses for special training

Located in Haidian District, with the picturesque Zizhu Park (Purple Bamboo Park) just across the street, Beijing Dance Academy is the top institution of higher dance education in China. Established as Beijing Dance School in 1954, it was developed into Beijing Dance Academy with the approval of the Ministry of Culture in 1978. Presently, BDA is the only dance institution of higher education in China. It is also one of the largest dance schools in the world noted for its complete specialty establishment. The Academy has 559 full-time teaching staff working with 1,273 full-time college students, 1,267 students from the affiliated secondary school and more than 600 adult students from School of Continuing Education.

Beijing University of Agriculture is the exclusive ordinary institution of higher education in the city of Beijing which specializes in granting bachelors’ degrees in different branches of learning in the realms of farming and forestry studies. Its history is traced back to 1956, when its predecessor, entitled Hebei Tongzhou Agricultural School, was renamed as Beijing Agricultural School later in 1958. In 1961, the school moved to its current premises. In 1965, it was renamed as Beijing University of Agricultural Labor. During the tragic "cultural evolution” period, its operations were suspended. In 1978, its reconstruction work was launched and completed in its current premises; the name "Beijing University of Agriculture” was resumed, too. In 1998, the university qualified itself in the examination by the State Ministry of Education and was thus allowed to offer bachelor’s degrees.
